How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your parcel's tracking number as soon as the shipping company has picked it up from our store in Paris. You can track the status of your order to find out where it currently is and when it will get delivered at any time using this tracking number.
What are your delivery options?
If you live in Paris you can choose the express courier option as your shipping method and you will receive your order within 5 hours. We use the services of La Poste, Colissimo, and Chronopost for the deliveries within the EU. The fastest option for international customers is DHL Express.
How do I return an item?
All purchased items can be returned free of charge – except reduced items found on Sale. If you would like to repeal your contract of purchase, you may choose one of the following two options:
1.) You have 3 working days after delivery to repeal your contract of purchase in written form by sending us an email, or over the phone. We recommend that you email us first. After sending us your cancellation form, please return the items within 7 working days.
2.) Your repeal of purchase will automatically take effect if you return the items within 7 working days.
Please note that we can only accept returns from the country in which the shipment was sent. More precisely, if we shipped the item to France, we can only receive it back from France. Also, note that we can only accept returns of the items that have not been worn and that still have the price tag attached to them.
How can I contact your couriers?
We will inform you by email which courier option we chose for the delivery. Once you receive your tracking number, you can contact the courier company directly for further information regarding the delivery of the purchased item.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we provide international delivery. Our shipping is free of charge.
